ParkOS

Features

Everything a parking lot does between open and close, in detail.

The homepage gives you the shape of ParkOS. This page is the detail: what each part actually does, grouped the way a lot owner's day actually runs.

01Taking money

Every rupee gets recorded the moment it's collected.

Cash and UPI both go through the same two-tap flow. If the amount doesn't match what's due, ParkOS stops and asks why before it saves.

Two-tap entry

Pick the member, pick cash or UPI, confirm the amount. The rate pre-fills from their plan; you only change it when it's different.

Variance needs a reason

Short paid, discounted, or partial: ParkOS asks which one before the entry saves, so month-end reconciliation isn't a guessing game.

Works with no signal

Basement lots lose signal constantly. Entries save on the device and sync the moment you're back online, with a visible saved state.

Serial-numbered receipts

Every payment gets a GST-ready receipt, shareable on WhatsApp or printed on a 2-inch thermal roll.

02Chasing dues

Know who owes before they tell you.

Every member is a running balance, not just a monthly rate. Part payments count against it, and the pending list ages automatically.

A dues ledger per member

Balance owed, not just the plan amount. Part payments and adjustments show immediately.

Pending dues, oldest first

The list ages every balance automatically, so you always know who to chase first, not just who's on it.

WhatsApp and call in one tap

A pre-filled message with the amount owed and a UPI link, or a direct dial. No template approvals, no per-message cost.

Members can clear their own dues

Turn on online payments and let members settle their balance themselves, without a call from you.

03Daily walk-ins

Casual vehicles move fast without becoming a rate argument.

A walk-in doesn't need a member profile. Issue a ticket, charge on exit, and the rate is already right for the vehicle type.

QR ticket at entry, scan to close

No printed ticket book, no carbon copies.

Manual plate entry stays the fast path

For staff without a scanner handy, typing the plate is just as quick, not a fallback.

Rate cards per vehicle type

Bike and car rates are set once. Staff pick the vehicle; the amount is already correct.

04Staff & shifts

Know whose shift a shortfall came from.

Multiple attendants across shifts is normal. ParkOS keeps each shift's cash separate instead of blending it into one number nobody can explain.

Shift open and close

Open with an opening float, close against the counted drawer. Any shortfall is recorded against that shift.

Roles that fit reality

Collectors record payments. Managers run the lot day to day. Only the owner sees the full financial picture.

More than one lot, one login

Running two or three lots doesn't mean two or three separate accounts to check.

05Reporting

The numbers that close the day, without opening a spreadsheet.

Every report an owner actually checks: cash and UPI split, pending dues, per-vehicle statements. Exportable, and correct to the rupee.

Cash vs UPI collection breakdown

See exactly how much of today's collection was cash versus digital, per shift or for the whole day.

Pending dues report

Every outstanding balance, aged and sorted, exportable to CSV for a WhatsApp broadcast or a printout.

Per-vehicle statements

A full payment history for one vehicle or member, useful the moment someone disputes what they paid.

Checkable from anywhere

The owner doesn't have to be at the gate to know the day's number.
